She oversees administrative functions company wide, including vendor relations and staff management, ensuring seamless operations to support the company’s success.

With a career in real estate that began in 2001, Johnston quickly gained recognition for her ability to manage complex office operations while meeting the needs of brokers. Earning her broker’s license in 2005, she has consistently balanced a focus on operations with a deep commitment to helping clients build long-term wealth and stability through real estate.
