I’m Nick Dyer, an Oregon real estate broker with Premiere Property Group, LLC . I believe real estate is best done the traditional way—through honest communication, steady guidance, and doing what you say you’re going to do. Whether I’m helping someone purchase their first home or assisting a seller in preparing a property for the market, my goal is always to make the process clear, straightforward, and successful.

For sellers, I provide a true full-service listing experience designed to make a property stand out and achieve the strongest possible results. My listings include professional photography, high-end videography, and immersive 3-D walkthroughs so buyers can fully experience the home before ever stepping through the door. I also coordinate pre-listing preparation, including cleaning, landscaping, and staging consultations to ensure each home presents at its absolute best. Even after closing, I continue to assist with post-sale cleaning and property wrap-up, helping make the transition smooth for both parties.

I take pride in offering thoughtful marketing, practical advice, and hands-on support throughout the entire process. From preparing a home for market to negotiating the final details, I work closely with my clients to make sure no detail is overlooked.
